Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. (TAI) is seeking a seasoned Benefits Administrator to manage health, welfare, and retirement programs. You will educate employees, coordinate enrollment, and ensure compliance across federal and state regulations.

You will lead Open Enrollment, collaborate with benefits vendors, and drive process improvements while supporting cost-effective plan design. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading training or a team preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment changes and terminations.
• Lead Open Enrollment and annual wellness campaigns; train HR partners.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, and PPACA; handle regulatory reporting.
• Develop educational programs to improve understanding and utilization of benefits.
• Prepare reports analyzing benefits utilization and cost trends for management.
