Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. in Georgetown, KY is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to administer and optimize the company's health, welfare, and retirement programs.

You will lead enrollment, educate employees, coordinate with vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance across ERISA, HIPAA, and PPACA. You'll drive open enrollment, partner with HR and vendors, and mentor team members while leveraging data to improve cost trends and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of benefits administration experience.
• Experience leading a team or training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA and PPACA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Lead Open Enrollment and annual Wellness campaign, train HR partners.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefit options, policy features, enrollment procedures, and eligibility criteria.
• Manage relationships with benefit vendors and brokers to optimize the benefit experience.
• Ensure all benefit programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations including ERISA, HIPAA, and PPACA; prepare required reporting.
