Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B client service or systems integration environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement ADP's Benefits solutions and help customers adopt HCM products with ease.
• Serve as the subject matter expert to optimize configurations and product upgrades.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention with timely solutions within defined timelines.
• Resolve issues with initiative and ensure accuracy of client setup.
• Collaborate with client project teams and coach/mentor less‑experienced specialists.
