Job summary

Boise Independent School District seeks an experienced HR leader to supervise and manage human resources staff. You will oversee record-keeping, reporting, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district policies.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate with Employment Manager and other departments. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years supervisory experience are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, related field or equivalent experiene in the Human Resources field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Job description

Full Time, Exempt Position

Please be advised that accepting full-time employment may affect any subsidy for health insurance purchased through the Idaho Health Insurance Exchange.

Transferring employees or former District employees hired into this role will be placed on the "N" letter grade of the Classified Salary Schedule, but the initial step placement will vary based on a variety of factors.

Benefits Information

For positions that qualify, the District offers a benefit package that is valued at more than $10,000 annually. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Public Employees’ Retirement System ( PERSI ) and are provided to Classified employees who work at least half time (20 hours per week) or more in a regular position and to Certified employees with a .50 FTE or greater contract. Qualifications
