Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollments and changes
• Maintain employee data and HR processes in the HRIS
• Support HRIS workflows for onboarding, payroll, and lifecycle activities
• Assist with HR reporting, data pulls, audits, and data accuracy
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and improve system workflows
• Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors
