Job summary

CNIC is seeking an HR Specialist (Employee Benefits) to deliver CNIC NAF benefits and entitlement services at Millington, TN. The role focuses on benefits administration, payment processing, and support for CNIC HQ and regional staff, retirees, and dependents.

The incumbent will develop communications, participate in benefits meetings, and deliver trainings to internal and external customers, ensuring accurate data, compliance with DoD policies, and effective program management.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressively responsible HR benefits experience.
• Knowledge of CNIC organizational structure and federal HR policies.
• Ability to analyze and report on benefits program effectiveness.
• Ability to explain rules and provide training to staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for CNIC NAF benefits and entitlement services.
• Advise and assist CNIC HQ and regional staff, retirees, and others on benefits.
• Ensure timely payment of benefits bills and collect delinquent payments.
• Conduct annual benefits fairs and participate in DoD and vendor meetings.
• Develop communication materials and deliver trainings and reports.
