Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Millington, TN, is seeking an HR Specialist to manage recruitment, selection, and placement for the Family Readiness Program (N91). Qualifications

• Duties include but not limited to: analytical and technical work in recruitment, selection, and placement of employees to fill vacancies within the Family Readiness Program (N91).
• Provides analytical and technical advice and guidance to managers on recruiting strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex recruitment analyses to determine position and skill requirements and recruitment needs.
• Initiates personnel actions using CNIC NAF SAPHR system and processes for awards and PCS claims.
• Advises on PCS issues to CNIC NAF HQ and Region staff.
• Participates in MLDP and Intern Program teams to train and develop candidates for CNIC NAF HQ and regions.
