Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience with benefits administration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with an HRIS; Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own benefits administration, billing, communications, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with field HR to maintain records in the Workday HRIS.
• Design and facilitate wellness programs with the VP of HR.
• Prepare information for audits, surveys, and compliance reports.
• Manage unemployment claims and leaves of absence with third-party vendors.
• Maintain HR files and centralized I-9s for NA.
• Support annual open enrollment communications and employee education.
• Explain benefit options in live and virtual sessions.
• Process HR, Legal, and Safety invoices in Concur.
• Coordinate LOAs with payroll and HR partners.
• Handle ad hoc HR projects as needed.
