Zeeco is seeking an HR Generalist - Benefits Specialist to manage and optimize our employee benefits program. You will handle enrollment, leave administration, and workers’ compensation coordination while collaborating with carriers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in benefits, and strong Excel skills to support reporting and compliance. This role emphasizes presentation delivery and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Manage and administer comprehensive employee benefit plans and wellness programs.
• Process benefit enrollment for new hires and family status changes.
• Initiate and coordinate life insurance claims, STD claims, and Worker's Comp with carriers.
• Maintain FMLA and non-FMLA leave requests in compliance with policies.
• Provide support in HR to reach departmental goals.
• Strong customer service; able to handle stress and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration and enrollment activities.
• Coordinate and manage life insurance, STD, and workers' compensation claims.
• Administer FMLA/Non-FMLA leaves and ensure compliance with laws and policy.
• Deliver company and new-hire benefit presentations.
• Support broader HR initiatives and reporting as needed.
