Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).

The role reports to the HR Director and supports benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and leave administration in a climate-controlled office environment. The ideal candidate has at least two years of HR or benefits experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and keyboard skills including MS Office.
• Acute attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments in the Benefits Platform and provide vendor information.
• Assist new hires with initial benefits enrollments.
• Assist with annual open enrollments.
• Answer employees and managers questions about plans and claims.
• Process family status changes and respond to inquiries.
• Administer leave of absence documentation including FMLA and disability.
• Assist accounting with billing charges.
