Job summary

HUB International Limited seeks a Financial Analyst to assist Financial Consultants in day-to-day client service, data gathering, auditing monthly financials, and preparing cost/fee analyses for presentations.

The role supports the client team in meetings and financial strategy sessions, coordinating Stop Loss RFPs with internal teams, and delivering professional financial deliverables.

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in Finance or Math.
• Life & Health License or completes licensing within first three months.
• Superior customer service and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability or adaptability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial level of standard financial deliverables.
• Assists in drafting technical sections of reports and presentation materials.
• Meets client needs in a supportive role and coordinates with client team.
• Recognizes the value of working with and contributing to a client team environment.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and follow-through to client satisfaction.
• Manages and is responsible for obtaining client financial data.
