The Financial Analyst position at HUB International assists Financial Consultants in day-to-day financial needs, including gathering and auditing monthly data and completing initial technical sections of financial deliverables. The FA helps present fees, premiums, total cost, and claims experience in a professional format to clients.

They coordinate Stop Loss RFPs with the internal marketing team and support client meetings and financial strategy sessions with accurate data and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of insurance experience.
• Life & Health license or completes licensing within 3 months of employment.
• Superior customer service and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and audit monthly financial data and deliverables.
• Draft technical sections of reports and presentation materials.
• Support client teams and participate in financial strategy sessions.
