HUB International is seeking a Financial Analyst in Greensboro, NC to support Financial Consultants by gathering and auditing monthly data and preparing technical sections of deliverables. The role involves presenting fees, premiums, and claims experience in a professional format to clients.

The analyst will coordinate Stop Loss RFPs with the internal team and help meet client financial needs in ongoing meetings and strategy sessions.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of insurance experience.
• Life & Health License or completes licensing within 3 months.
• Superior customer service and critical thinking in a team setting.
• Proficiency with computer systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial level of standard financial deliverables.
• Assists in drafting technical sections of reports and presentation materials.
• Meets client needs in a supportive role.
• Collaborates with client teams to ensure accurate data and timelines.
• Manages client financial data and ensures timely delivery of materials.
• Supports Stop Loss RFP processes with internal marketing teams.
• Contributes to updating tools and templates as projects arise.
