Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Financial Analyst to assist Financial Consultants in day-to-day data gathering, auditing, and delivering financial analyses. The role includes coordinating Stop Loss RFPs, preparing client-ready fees and cost communications, and ensuring timely support for client meetings and strategy sessions.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of insurance experience, a Finance or Math background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly in a team

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of insurance experience.
• Life & Health License or license course within 3 months.
• Superior customer service and critical thinking; able to work in a team.
• Proficiency with computer systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial level of standard financial deliverables.
• Assists in drafting technical sections of reports and materials.
• Supports client meetings and financial strategy sessions.
• Manages client financial data and deadlines.
• Updates tools and templates as projects arise.
• Supports compliance requirements.
