HUB International in Seneca, SC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial consultants with monthly data, prepare fees and cost analyses, and coordinate Stop Loss RFPs with the internal marketing team. The FA will prepare professional financial deliverables for client meetings and contribute to the client service cycle.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration with the FC and client team while providing growth potential within HUB’s expanding benefits portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of insurance experience
• Life & Health License or will complete license within first three months
• Superior customer service and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Responsibilities

• Completes initial level of standard financial deliverables
• Assists in drafting technical sections of reports and presentation materials
• Meet the needs of clients in a supportive role
• Contribute to a client team environment and satisfy client expectations
• Meet deadlines consistently
• Proactively coordinate with team to adhere to timelines and meetings
• Update tools and templates as projects arise
• Understand EB compliance requirements and assist with data resolution
