Job summary

HUB International is seeking a results-driven analyst leader to provide analytics and financial analysis for self-funded and ASO clients. You will manage entry-level analysts and collaborate with EB Sales Executives, Account Executives, and clients to deliver cost management data and solutions that impact the bottom line.

You will lead client presentations, participate in RFPs and renewals, and adapt to changing client needs while driving efficiency and growth for HUB's cost management approach.

Qualifications

• Travel to all Texas office locations and client sites as needed.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid Life/Health Insurance Producer License required.
• 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits consulting with knowledge of funding types, underwriting, pharmacy and stop loss contracts, and cost management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with employers regarding Health & Benefits strategy and provide cost management analytics.
• Coach and provide accountability to analysts on progress.
• Lead financial deliverables and client presentations for employers ranging in size from 250–20,000 employees.
• Participate in internal initiatives and Data Analytic Group meetings.
