Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Senior Associate. The ideal candidate has five to eight years of relevant experience and will join a sophisticated practice advising employers, plan administrators, and service providers on a broad range of matters.

Role requires excellent academic credentials, strong written and oral communication, and the ability to manage complex matters. A portable book of business is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
• Strong transactional experience involving employee benefit plans and related arrangements.
• Experience counseling clients on corporate transactions and significant business events.
• Active bar license in the state of the applying office or commitment to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
• Counsel clients in connection with corporate transactions and business events.
• Represent employers, plan administrators, and service providers as needed.
• Manage multiple sophisticated matters with sound judgment under pressure.
