Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years of benefits administration experience.
• Three years’ administrative experience with at least one year in HR.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experienced with an HRIS and related office equipment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs including health, FSA, dental, vision, life, 401(k) and wellness.
• Conduct benefits orientations and assist with self-enrollment.
• Maintain benefits filing systems and coordinate payroll deductions.
• Assist with benefit claims and carrier communications.
• Administer COBRA and coordinate workers’ compensation data.
• Support renewal processes and prepare enrollment materials.
• Prepare reports and assist in leave tracking (FMLA, other leaves).
• Assist with ADA accommodations and support open enrollment/events.
