Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. seeks a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to serve as a primary consultant, trainer, and client liaison for benefits enrollment solutions within School ERP Pro. The role supports Insurance Tracking, Employee Access Benefits Enrollment, HIPAA 834 files, enrollment reporting, and TPA interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least three years of experience in benefits or insurance administration, software implementation, product consulting, software support, HR, Payroll, or related field.
• Experience with Tyler Technologies products is preferred; familiarity with HIPAA 834 enrollment files is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client information and business processes for implementation and annual enrollment.
• Configure Insurance Tracking and benefits enrollment features per client requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, milestones, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Train users on system configuration and enrollment processes; provide ongoing client support.
• Coordinate with carriers, TPAs, and reporting to ensure HIPAA 834 compliance.
