Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to serve as the primary consultant, trainer, and client liaison for benefits enrollment solutions within School ERP Pro, powered by Infinite Visions.

You will lead implementation, training, and annual enrollment activities while configuring HIPAA reporting and enrollment modules. The role collaborates across multiple teams, supports annual service packages and billable engagements, and requires strong client communication and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
At least three years of experience in benefits or insurance administration, software implementation, product consulting, software support, HR, payroll, or related field.
Experience with Tyler Technologies products is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and annual enrollment activities for benefits enrollment solutions.
Train users on system configuration, enrollment processes, and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate with carriers, TPAs, and internal teams to ensure HIPAA 834 reporting compliance.
Identify risks and coordinate remediation before go-live.
Support sales with product demonstrations and client inquiries.
