Job summary

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Call Center, Customer Service Agent in High Point, NC to support our client in the employee benefits and HR services space. This is an on-site contract opportunity where you’ll handle healthcare benefits inquiries, enrollment transactions, and issue resolution with a customer-first mindset.

You will process enrollment transactions, research requests, and provide top-tier service in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
