Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration and case management issues; handle data processing activities.
• Monitor project schedules and alert project manager or client if timelines are at risk.
• Test and analyze system configurations against requirements during implementation.
• Coordinate with requirements teams and development groups to align database setup with client needs.
• Meet with project managers and clients to define scope, prepare work plans, and document project details.
