Participate in client‑specific and enterprise‑wide TELUS Health project initiatives. Collaborate with team leaders and project managers to define project scope, objectives, assignments, and timelines. Monitor project schedules and proactively alert stakeholders if deliverables are at risk. Ensure all work products meet quality standards and are delivered within established timeframes.

What You Bring

3‑5 years of experience in benefit administration, business analysis, or operations with a solid understanding of health and group‑benefits programs. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros) and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage time effectively, and stay organized. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating in team‑oriented environments.
