Gallagher is hiring a Benefits Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas for a temporary assignment onsite. You will assist members with benefit options, answer questions, and help them choose coverage.

The role runs from late September through November, with a structured schedule and no sales. This position requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong typing, and basic computer skills; bilingual Spanish and Life & Health licensing are a plus.

Overview

Join Gallagher and make a real difference in employees' lives. As a Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll help members understand their benefit options, answer questions, and confidently choose the coverage that best meets their needs. No sales, no cold calling—just meaningful customer support.

Position Details

• This is a temporary position starting on 9/28/2026 and will go through November. There may be an opportunity to be converted into perm employee upon successful completion of the project.
• Competitive Pay: $18/hr (unlicensed) or $21/hr (Life & Health licensed)
• Location: Onsite at our Las Vegas office (777 N. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89107). This is a fully onsite role.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• After Training: 8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Please note, we are doing a hiring event on Tue., 9/1 from 9am - 2pm where we will be interviewing for this role!
