Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support employees through their pension and retirement plans.

You will guide participants through benefits while delivering high-quality service, serving as a trusted resource in a fast-paced environment at our Bloomington office. This temporary, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive training, and potential conversion to a Gallagher employee.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple technology platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from participants regarding pension and retirement plans.
• Make outbound calls as needed to support participant requests.
• Educate individuals on benefit options, plan details, and enrollment processes.
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
• Process enrollment forms and perform data entry.
• Prepare and distribute plan documents, forms, and other participant communications.
• Deliver professional, compassionate, and efficient customer service on every interaction.

Overview

Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to support employees as they transition their pension and retirement plans. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource, guiding participants through their benefits while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay: $23/hour
• Temporary opportunity through the end of the year, with potential to be converted into a Gallagher employee
• No weekends! Regular schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Fully onsite role at our Bloomington location: 3600 American Blvd W, Bloomington, MN 55431
• Comprehensive training provided
