In this role, you’ll manage a diverse book of business across hundreds of carriers nationwide. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with state regulations and insurance products, setting yourself up for rapid career growth within Gallagher’s Global Brokerage business.

Position Details

• Competitive Pay: $21.00/hour
• Location: 777 N. Rainbow, Las Vegas
• Training: Onsite training.
• Hybrid Flexibility: In as little as 90‑days of comprehensive training and demonstrated performance, you can earn the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional in‑office days for collaboration.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Advocate for Clients: Provide exceptional service by understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Be a Technical Expert: Handle policy endorsements, inspections, appraisals, and remarketing with confidence.
• Solve Problems: Research and resolve inquiries about coverage, billing, and policy details.
• Educate Clients: Guide customers on Auto, Homeowners, and Umbrella policies to help them make informed decisions.

About You

Required: High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills.

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word.
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
• Experience in Personal Lines insurance (sales, servicing, or account management).
• Background in high-volume call centers or fast‑paced brokerages.
• Progress toward industry certifications like AINS, API, or CPCU.

Behaviors: Good verbal communication skills. Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.
