Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking an entry-level customer service associate to support clients over the phone, process insurance applications, and handle service requests in accordance with procedures.

You will respond to routine inquiries, complete necessary documentation, and refer issues to the supervisor as needed, contributing to a supportive, collaborative workplace.

• High school diploma required; no experience needed.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

How you’ll make an impact

Provides customer service to variety of customers over the telephone. Responsible for the processing applications for insurance and handling service requests for customers according to established procedures. Responds to routine telephone calls and correspondence using a computer to access account information. Completes any necessary documentation and refers issues to the Supervisor as needed.

About You

Required: High school diploma; no minimum experience required.
