Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of interviewing methods, gained by experience or training.
• Experience interpreting regulations, laws, or complex policies.
• Experience accessing data using a computerized system (6+ months).
• Experience independently handling complaints in a business setting (6+ months).
• Experience conducting sensitive fact-finding interviews in complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and resolve complicated case issues for external customers.
• Research case issues to find resolutions.
• Input detailed case data into automated systems.
• Complete clerical tasks: answering phones, screening, channeling calls.
• Provide information about benefits and services to customers.
