The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in benefits administration, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Track and maintain all leave of absences, including certifications and communications with employees under FMLA/CFRA and applicable regulations.
• Responsible for 401k plan administration.
• Track benefits deductions in HRIS and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform reconciliation and payment processing for monthly benefit invoices.
• Send communications regarding benefit updates and changes.
• Answer all benefit related questions.
