Under the direction of the Benefits Manager, the Benefits Coordinator provides administrative and customer service support for the System's employee benefit programs, leave administration processes, and COBRA responsibilities. This position assists with benefit enrollments, employee communications, record maintenance, invoice processing, premium tracking, and reporting activities. The Benefits Coordinator serves as a resource to employees regarding benefit options and procedures while supporting compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and ensuring accurate administration of benefit programs.
