The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, offering opportunities to maintain data integrity and support ACA compliance while helping employees understand their benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of benefits administration, payroll, or HR experience.
• Knowledge of ACA regulations and benefits plans.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Benefits Manager with administration of employee benefit programs.
• Support enrollment activities in HRIS and annual open enrollment.
• Maintain accurate benefits records and payroll deductions.
• Process life events enrollments and premium arrears.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors on EDI files and COBRA.
• Assist employees with benefit-related claims and questions.
• Prepare census reports and benefits communications.
• Support ACA compliance activities and quality initiatives.
