The role provides data-entry support and day-to-day benefits servicing under supervision, coordinating with Account Managers and the benefits department. Responsibilities include producing reports, managing the BAM system, and assisting with renewals, census preparation, open enrollment and new business implementation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• I.T. proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Professional telephone demeanor and email etiquette.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary service contact for the Account Manager and support the benefits department.
• Data entry and day-to-day servicing under supervision.
• Draft, construct and review reports for customer/prospect presentations.
• Maintain and manage BAM system and monthly expiration reports.
• Assist with annual renewal process, census prep, open enrollment and new business implementation.
