Responsibilities

• Assist with annual renewal process, census prep, open enrollment, and new business implementation.
• Maintain effective information management between Account Manager, Producer, Customer and Carrier.
• Ensure data accuracy and file maintenance in BAM.
• Assist with open enrollment meetings and create employee benefits materials.
• Support benefits team with all assigned projects and communications.
