You will work with Account Managers, manage benefits systems including BAM, assist with renewals and open enrollment, and help prepare communications and guides for open enrollment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willingness to obtain necessary licensing, including Florida 2-15 license, and meet continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary contact for Account Managers and support daily client service needs.
• Operate and maintain benefits management systems, including BAM, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Draft, review, and present reports for customer and prospect presentations, including demographic and financial analyses.
• Assist with renewal processes, census preparation, open enrollment, and new business implementation.
• Create and deliver client communications, benefits guides, and flyers for open enrollment.
• Support team projects, including creating reports, managing communication between stakeholders, and maintaining files.
• Respond promptly to emails and ensure effective information management.
• Follow policies, promote teamwork, and support department goals.
