Job summary

Wellist is seeking a Benefits Content and Implementation Manager to translate complex employer benefits into clear employee resources and manage setup on our platform. You will own client implementations end-to-end, coordinating with clients, brokers and solution providers to ensure accurate, accessible resources for employees.

You will collaborate with Client Success, Analytics, Development, Support and Benefits Operations, applying tagging and eligibility rules to surface relevant resources

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or management, benefits consulting or brokerage, vendor implementation or onboarding, HR, healthcare, analytics or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy and completeness.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex benefit offerings into clear employee-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client benefit implementations from intake through approval, delivering complete, accurate work against established timelines and quality standards.
• Partner with domestic and international clients, brokers and providers to understand each employer's benefits portfolio.
• Lead discovery conversations to capture full scope of each employer's portfolio, down to individual programs and services.
• Translate complex benefit information into clear, employee-friendly content that helps users understand access to support.
• Coordinate review and approval with clients and benefit partners to meet standards for accuracy and usability.
