Job summary

Wellmark is seeking an Employer Health and Well-Being System Specialist to configure and manage employer well-being portals, programs, communications and reporting. You will work with internal partners and vendors to deliver programs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a great client experience.

The role focuses on detailed system configuration, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate reporting to support employer groups and customers across Iowa.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or direct and applicable work experience.
• Experience configuring/administrating business applications and reporting.
• Ability to understand complex workflows and communicate changes clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator and SME for assigned well-being services programs.
• Configure messaging, reporting, testing, and ongoing administration per requirements.
• Collaborate with Well-Being Consultants and stakeholders to align portal configurations.
• Manage reporting metrics and distribute program reporting with stakeholders.
• Maintain data transfers, issue resolution, and system performance.
• Represent Employer Consulting Team in projects affecting systems and services.
• Support customer experience with the wellness portal and service lines.
• Oversee group data entry, verification, and data quality for program delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
