Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Global Reward Services practice, focusing on design and management of employee benefit plans.

You will lead complex client engagements, manage projects, build client relationships, mentor staff, and drive cost-effective benefit strategies while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD, MBA, or other approved designations preferred.
• Experience leading large client engagements and managing multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work at client sites and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serving as project manager and main client contact, coordinating across offices and practices
• Maintaining client relationships, developing technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff
• Managing engagement risks, compliance, billing, collections, and budgets
• Identifying opportunities to build and deepen client relationships and presenting technical recommendations
• Contributing to market and business activities

• Minimum five years (Manager) or eight years (Senior Manager) experience in employer benefit strategies
• Bachelor’s degree; professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD, MBA, or other approved designations
• Experience leading large client engagements, managing multiple projects, and providing industry insights
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Willingness to work at client sites and travel as needed

Additional for Senior Manager:
