Job summary

Qualifications

Role Overview: This position involves managing the design and administration of employee benefit plans for complex clients, including analysis, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as project manager and primary client contact, coordinate work across offices, maintain technical expertise, develop junior staff, and oversee compliance, billing, and budgeting. Build and deepen client relationships, present technical recommendations, and contribute to market activities.

Qualifications & Skills: Minimum five years in employer benefit strategies, a relevant bachelor's degree, and professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD, or advanced degrees/credentials like MBA or CEBS. Experience leading large client engagements, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. Senior Managers require at least eight years of experience and a leadership role in benefit plan management.

Additional Attributes: Industry knowledge across benefits, regions, and carriers, consulting experience, and proficiency in benefits technology. Ability to work onsite and travel as needed.
