Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Manager or Senior Manager to join the Global Reward Services practice, focusing on designing and managing employee benefit plans for complex clients. You will lead plan analysis, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking projects, while acting as the primary client contact across locations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years (Senior Manager) or eight+ years (Manager) of experience in employer benefit strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Credentials such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, MBA, CEBS, CCP, GPHR.
• Experience leading large client engagements and multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work onsite at client locations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking projects.
• Serve as project manager and main client contact, coordinating with teams across locations.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain client relationships with technical expertise.
• Manage engagement risks, compliance, billing, and budgeting.
• Build client relationships and present technical recommendations.
• Contribute to market and business development activities.
• Lead complex benefit plan projects as a senior-level leader.
