Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Global Reward Services practice, focusing on design and management of employee benefit plans for complex clients. The role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing plans while serving as project manager and client liaison.

You will maintain client relationships and expertise, lead risk management, compliance, and budgeting, and present recommendations to deepen partnerships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Five+ years (Manager) or eight+ years (Senior Manager) in employer benefit strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Credentials such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, MBA or other recognized designations.
• Experience leading large client engagements and multi-project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

• professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, MBA, or other recognized designations
