Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain MN Life & Health Insurance license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Cell phone and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Sell employee benefits packages to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Manage your own client portfolio as an independent representative.
• Attend and complete required training to stay compliant and effective.

• Assistance navigating process to obtain your Life & Health insurance license
• The cost of study materials for the insurance exams will be covered for the right candidate.
• After you obtain your license, we have a comprehensive training program that provides all the tools for success.

This position offers commission, bonuses and renewals

Average First-Year income: $70,000/yr

Top Performers can make $100,000+ in their first year.
