Job summary

Interstates is seeking a Benefits Administration and Compliance Analyst to manage compliance, data reporting, and communications for employee benefit programs. You will research state and federal requirements, support audits, and analyze enrollment and participation data.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in benefits administration, compliance, HR operations, or related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits, leave administration, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably UKG, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to employee benefits and leave administration.
• Support internal audits – monthly, quarterly, and annual audits for health, welfare, 401(k), and contractor plans.
• Compile, analyze, and report benefits data and enrollment analytics.
• Support benefits communication campaigns and open enrollment activities.
• Provide backup support for benefits administration in UKG and leave administration.
