Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise on multiemployer pension and welfare fund matters, including withdrawal liability issues and related arbitration and litigation.
• Work on qualified retirement plans (defined benefit, defined contribution, cafeteria plans).
• Support executive compensation matters, including deferred compensation and 409A compliance.
