Qualifications

• 3+ years of executive compensation and/or ERISA experience.
• Strong grounding in Code 409A, 280G, ERISA fiduciary duties, and plan qualification.
• Deal experience is a plus, especially compensation/benefits diligence on M&A.

Responsibilities

• Advise public and private companies on executive compensation design, equity and incentive plans.
• Address ERISA fiduciary and plan qualification issues, and benefits aspects of M&A.
