Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Communications Specialist to lead development and execution of communications that bring Mohawk's benefits and wellness offerings to life for employees and candidates.

The role combines content creation with communications strategy, requiring an organized storyteller who can translate complex benefits information into meaningful employee experiences. You will drive awareness, engagement, and informed decision-making while supporting Mohawk's people

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
3–5+ years in communications roles including corporate comms, journalism, marketing or agency.
2+ years in employee benefits communications preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic communication plans promoting awareness and utilization of Mohawk's benefits and wellness programs.
Create clear, engaging content across channels: email, intranet, digital signage, presentations, events, videos, guides, enrollment materials.
Partner with Benefits, Employee Communications, HR, vendors, and stakeholders to align messaging with business goals.
Lead or support enrollment communications for open enrollment, onboarding, and wellness initiatives.
Improve benefits communications by gathering feedback and monitoring engagement metrics.
Maintain a consistent voice and employee experience across all benefits communications.
Manage timelines, calendars, and deliverables for campaigns and initiatives.
Stay current on benefits trends and employee engagement strategies to improve effectiveness.
