Job summary

Mohawk Group, the commercial business unit of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to develop and execute public relations and communications strategies that elevate brand visibility and engagement within the A&D community.

You will lead messaging, press materials, and media relations, manage agencies, and collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand storytelling across trade publications, digital channels, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of writing and public relations/communications experience.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for design and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic PR programs to increase brand awareness and leadership in key audiences.
• Manage PR agencies to execute product launches and events, and oversee editorial calendars and pitches.
• Lead development of messaging, press releases, media alerts, and FAQs to support business objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with key media partners and influencers and manage media buys across channels.
• Update media and advertising reports and report results to leadership.
