Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• BSN active RN license preferred.
• 2–5 years of direct patient care or clinical practice experience required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and interprets medical and pharmacy claims data to identify utilization patterns, cost drivers, and gaps in care.
• Learns and adapts to new reporting and technology tools to support client deliverables.
• Provides condition interpretation and risk education grounded in standards of care and medical necessity.
• Reviews clinical risk factors in large or complex claimants to support account team discussions.
• Identifies utilization patterns behind ER visits, hospitalizations, and site-of-care opportunities.
• Prepares clinical deliverables for routing to account teams or presents on client calls as assigned.
