Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Benefit Account Manager I for our 100% in-office role in Schaumburg, IL. You will resolve payroll/HR system challenges and build strong client relationships as the primary contact within a dedicated support team.

You will handle inbound/outbound communications via phone, Zoom, and email, meeting performance metrics while leveraging internal resources and knowledge to provide timely solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve client payroll and HR system challenges with strong technical know-how.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships as primary contact within client team.
• Meet performance metrics through inbound/outbound interactions (phone, Zoom, email).
• Troubleshoot, document issues, and escalate when needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously learn and complete training within designated timeframes.
