Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Customer Care Advocate in Alameda, CA to provide excellent customer service to participants, beneficiaries, union locals, and providers. You will handle eligibility, benefits, and claims status inquiries, document interactions, and assist with enrollment processing and regulatory communications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, benefits administration, or related processing roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Solid organization skills with attention to detail and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current knowledge of assigned plans and applies it in all job functions.
• Provides customer service by responding to inquiries and documenting in the system.
• Processes enrollments and updates member information in applicable systems.
• Distributes communications related to regulatory requirements.
• Initiates action requests for adjustments to claims, retirement, or eligibility and follows up.
