Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Customer Care Advocate to handle inquiries about eligibility, benefits, and claims status. You will document conversations and update member data in applicable systems while supporting multiple Plan(s).

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets plan materials, procedures, and regulations.
• Communicates clearly in writing and verbally with members and providers.
• Maintains accurate records and documents system notes of actions taken.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to participants, beneficiaries, union locals, and providers.
• Update member information and document inquiries in systems.
• Process enrollments and correspondence related to eligibility, retirement or claims status.
• Initiate and follow up on Action Requests to adjust claims or eligibility.
• Research and resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
